You can create a circle tangent to three curves.

Basic Usage

  1. Click the button-tangent-circle button on the toolbar.
  2. Click on the first and second curve that the circle will be tangent to, optionally you can find the tangent to your third edge.
  3. Move the cursor to adjust the size of the circle.
    • Command Dialog
      • Select first curve segment: Click to select the first curve segment when it is highlighted.
      • Select second curve segment: Click to select the second curve segment when it is highlighted.
      • Radius: Specify the diameter.
  • Keyboard Shortcuts
    • F Freeze - Prevents the tangent circle from moving, letting you reposition the mouse cursor for a more precise placement. Useful when you need to flip the leading direction while dragging the tangent circle.
    • Tab Radius - Directs you to the radius field so you can enter a Radius value.
  1. Click OK in the command dialog or right-click to confirm.
  2. The circle is created.
