Description
Revolving Regions generates Solids, while revolving Curves produces either Solids or Sheets. Options include Normal, Binormal, and Tangent. It now supports boolean operations.
Basic Usage
- Select a Region or Curve to revolve.
- Activate the command via the button in Suggested Commands, or search for Revolve in the Command Palette.
- Specify the revolution axis.
- Revolve along the axis defined by the first click as the start point and the second click as the endpoint.

- Degrees: Specify the degree to revolve.
- Keep tools: Keep the swept body after a boolean operation.

Keyboard Shortcuts
- Shift + T Thickness:
- A Angle: Move the mouse to specify the rotation angle.
- Shift + Q Slice, Q Union, W Difference, Shift + E Intersect: Perform a boolean operation.
- B New body: Retain the resulting body after a boolean operation or modeling step.
- T Keep tools: Performs Boolean operations while keeping the tool objects intact.
- Confirm with OK in the Command Dialog or right-click.
